This page describes how to move your domain name away to another ISP.
There is a one-off charge of £20 + VAT to move your domain. Before you move your domain, you will need to find somewhere to move it to -another ISP. Once you have found your new ISP, you will need to find out some information from them.
The ISP you are moving to needs an "IPS tag". Whoevers IPS tag is attached to your domain gives that ISP control over the domain name. We need this tag to give your new ISP control.
We need the names and IP addresses of the primary and secondary name servers you wish the domain to be transferred to. These nameservers need to be set up to host the domain name -ask your new ISP for help.
To begin tranfer, log in, and click on Domain Name Registration Tools. Click on "I want to move my domain to another ISP". Type in your credit card details, and type in the information you have got from your ISP. It is critical that the information from the ISP is correct - check, double check, and do not guess! Press Go.
The confirmation page will come up. Be absolutely sure that you want to move your domain - once you continue, your 123go account will be terminated and you will be unable to log in. If you want to remember any of your settings (eg. where all your email addresses are redirected to), go back and make a note of them before you proceed. Once you have decided, press Confirm, and we will start to move your domain.
